Recipe Ingredients for Eggplant Stacks

1/2 pound eggplant
1/4 pound zucchini
1/3 pound tomato
1 slice provolone cheese
1/5 cup parmesan cheese

Recipe Directions for Eggplant Stacks

Slice eggplant, zucchini, and tomato into thin slices. Stack them on cookie sheet and put cheese slice on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.
