1 eggplant
1/3 cup of italian bread crumbs
1/3 cup of flour
1/8 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon of pepper
2 large eggs
1/2 cup of shredded cheese
1 cup of tomato sauce

Recipe Directions for eggplant parm

  1. preheat oven 400 degrees

  2. peel eggplant

  3. season with salt in pepper

  4. dip in egg batter

  5. dip in bread batter

  6. dip in flour batter

  7. fry eggplant til lightly crisp on both sides

  8. layer eggplant sauce then cheese

  9. bake for 20 minutes
