Recipe Ingredients for Eggplant Omelette

500 grams Eggplant
1 large(50 g) Egg, Whole
1 1tsp Olive Oil
1 dash Salt, Table
1/4 tsp MSG
1 tsp, ground Basil, Dried

Recipe Directions for Eggplant Omelette

  1. Heat olive oil in pan.

  2. Add eggplant and cover for 2-3 minutes in low-medium heat.

  3. Add 2-3 tablespoons of water for steam.

  4. Wait for 2 minutes after adding water then add the beaten egg.

  5. Add salt and MSG to taste.

  6. Turn off heat and cover for 2-3 minutes.

  7. Mix and serve.
