1 portion ( yield from 1/2 lb raw meat ) Beef, Ground, 95% Lean Meat / 5% Fat, Crumbles
1 large Egg, Whole
8 oz Ricotta, Whole Milk Cheese
8 oz Cheese Mozzarella Part Skim
12 tsp Grated Parmesan Cheese
