Delicious and easy to make for eggplant lovers

Recipe Ingredients for Eggplant and ginger

1 1/2 eggplants
2 tbs olive oil
1 tbs ginger
2 cloves garlic
1 cup chopped onions
50 ml white wine

Recipe Directions for Eggplant and ginger

  1. Heat large pan over medium-heat. Add olive oil then add onions, ginger and the garlic. Cook for a while then add eggplant and cook 8 to 10 minutes.

  2. Add half a cup of water and white wine and cook until ready.
