1/4 cup chickpeas
1 onion
1/2 eggplant
1 tomatoe
1 tbsp coconut oil
1 clove garlic
1 tbsp rosemary
1 tsp apple cider vinegar

  1. heat oil , saute onions

  2. add in eggplant - untill a golden colour

  3. add rest of ingredients and simmer on low heat
