I don't know what there is to describe, but they insist you put something in here. It is pretty self-explanatory.

Recipe Ingredients for Eggplant Casserole

1 lb. ground beef (view) (view)
1 tbs. onion, diced (view) (view)
1 tsp. garlic, minced (view) (view)
1 tsp. Italian seasoning (view) (view)
1/2 tsp. basil (view) (view)
1/2 tsp. poultry seasoning (view) (view)
8 ozs. tomato sauce no salt added (view)
1 eggplant, peeled and diced (view) (view)
6 ozs. penne, cooked (view) (view)
3/4 c. Mozzarella, Part Skim Milk Cheese, shredded

Recipe Directions for Eggplant Casserole

  1. Cook penne and set aside.

  2. Peel and cut up eggplant into cubes and boil until tender.

  3. Cook ground beef with garlic, onion and seasonings.

  4. Drain eggplant and put all ingredients including sauce in a 9 x 12 baking dish. Top with cheese. Bake 350 for 15 minutes.
