Recipe Ingredients for Eggnog - no sugar no fat

4 cups skim milk
1 cup egg beaters
48 g vanilla pudding mix
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1/3 cup splenda
2 tsp vanilla

Recipe Directions for Eggnog - no sugar no fat

  1. Place all ingredients in a blender.

  2. Blend for 30 to 60 seconds or until smooth.

  3. Chill for several hours.

  4. Shake or stir egg nog well to blend.

  5. Serve in mugs.
