Healthier "Egg" Salad without the cholesterol

Recipe Ingredients for Eggless Salad

8 oz Tofu, firm
1 1/2 oz mustard
2 T. light mayonnaise
2 T. pickle relish
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. turmeric
1 pinch salt, to taste
1 pinch pepper, to taste

Recipe Directions for Eggless Salad

Drain Tofu and chop, mix all ingredients together and stuff it in a tomato or sweet pepper
