Recipe Ingredients for Eggless Egg Salad

0.5 cup Lemon Juice
1.5 tsp Turmeric, Ground
2 clove Garlic
110 grams Cashew Nuts
0.33 cup, chopped Onions, Spring Or Scallions
0.33 cup, diced Celery
0.33 cup, chopped Peppers, Sweet, Red
0.5 cup (8 fl oz) Water

Recipe Directions for Eggless Egg Salad

Combine everything but last three ingredients in blender; blend on high till smooth; add scallion, celery, pepper.
