Recipe Ingredients for Eggless Egg Salad

1 block Tofu, Firm
1 tbsp Soy Sauce
0.25 cup, pared, chopped Cucumber, Peeled
2 tablespoons Nutritional Yeast
5 tsp Classic Dijon Mustard
5 slice Pickles, Cucumber, Dill
2 oz Plain Nonfat

Recipe Directions for Eggless Egg Salad

  1. Press for at least 20 minutes. Crumble tofu into a large mixing bowl.

  2. Add remaining ingredients and stir until well combined.

  3. Season with 1/2 t. tumeric, 1/4t. curry, 1/4 t. garlic powder, 1/4 t. onion powder, salt and pepper.
