Recipe Ingredients for eggless egg salad

1/4 cup chopped celery
1/4 cup fat free mayonnaise
2 tablespoons sweet pickle relish
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1/4 teaspoon ground turmeric
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
12 3/10 oz mori-nu firm tofu diced (1 pack)

Recipe Directions for eggless egg salad

Mix together all ingredients and let sit for an hour for flavors to develop. Serve on bread for sandwich if desired, or with lettuce for a salad.
