Recipe Ingredients for Eggless Banana Walnut Muffin

3/4 cup sugar
1 1/3 cups flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup walnuts
1 cup banana
1 cup yogurt
4 tablespoons vegetable oil

Recipe Directions for Eggless Banana Walnut Muffin

  1. Preheat the oven to 375. Line a 12-cup muffin pan with baking liners.

  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, salt & walnuts (chopped).

  3. In a small bowl, first mash the banana with a fork & then mix in the yogurt. Stir in the butter/oil. Stir the wet ingredients into the flour mixture until just combined.

  4. Fill the lined muffin cups with the batter. Bake until golden and a toothpick inserted into the centers comes out dry, about 20 minutes.
