8 medium Mushrooms
1 medium raw Bell Pepper Red
3 cup Spinach
1/2 cup Almonds Sliced Natural
1 large Onions, Spring Or Scallions
0.5 serving Coconut Milk Beverage
9 oz Cheddar Cheese

Recipe Directions for eggie pies

preheat oven to 350. crack eggs into a large bowl and add coconut milk. chop veggies and add with nuts. beat furiously until all mixed. pour into whoopie pie cups and top w/ half ounce grated cheese. cook in oven for about 12 minutes. eat them as patties, or add to an sandwich round or bagel.
