Really easy, and healthier Egg Salad. Substantially lower in Cholesterol and fat.

Recipe Ingredients for Eggbeaters Salad

1.5 cup Egg Substitute, Liquid
1.5 tsp or 1 packet Mustard, Prepared, Yellow
2 tbsp chopped Onions
3 tbsp Light Dressing
2 serving Mayo Mayonnaise

Recipe Directions for Eggbeaters Salad

Pour 1/4 cup into each one of the six Eggie. Boil Eggies for 15 minutes, remove from water. Remove "hard boiled eggbeaters" and place in a bowl. Allow to cool in the refrigerator for one hour up to overnight (covered if longer than one hour). Chop eggs up like you normally would, then add other ingredients. Stir ingredients well, and serve as you normally would (in sandwiches, etc.).
