3 egg whites, handful (about 1/4 cup) green & red peppers, mushrooms, spinach, and 1 slice pepper jack cheese

1 large Egg, White
0.4 cup, strips Peppers, Sweet, Red
0.4 cup pieces Mushrooms
0.4 cup Spinach
0.4 cup, chopped Peppers, Sweet, Green
1 serving Sliced Pepper Jack Cheese

Recipe Directions for Egg whites and Veggie Omelet

Spray pan or grill. Pour in/on egg whites allow to cook until slightly firm. cook veggies until wilted but crunchy add in center of egg whites. fold over cook thoroughly. serve
