Recipe Ingredients for Egg Whites Veggie No Crust Quiche

Recipe Directions for Egg Whites Veggie No Crust Quiche

  1. DIRECTIONS

  2. Preheat 450F.

  3. Spray a 9 inch deep dish pie pan with cooking spray. Put hash browns in pan and press till bottom of pan is covered. Spray potatoes with cooking spray.

  4. Put in preheated oven for 10 min or until potatoes make a crispy crust. Remove from oven and let cool.

  5. Reduce oven to 350 degrees.

  6. Spray medium skillet with cooking spray; heat over medium heat. Add onion, zucchini and bell pepper; cook and stir 5 to 8 minutes, or until tender. Drain; pat dry with paper towel. Spoon vegetable mixture on top of hash browns.

  7. In a blender combine egg whites, milk, bisquick, oregano, basil, and salt. Add black pepper, if desired. Blend until thoroughly combined.

  8. Pour over cooled vegetable mixture. Dust with paprika.

  9. Bake at 350 degrees 45 to 50 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Let stand 10 minutes before cutting into 6 slices.

  10. *Note: I added 2 drops of yellow food coloring to the egg whites.
