Egg whites alone with peppers, onions, tomatos and scallions

Recipe Ingredients for Egg Whites Tortilla with veggies

1 cup All Whites Liquid Egg Whites
1 medium raw Bell Pepper Green
1 small Onions
1 medium whole (2-3/5" dia) Tomatoes, Red, Ripe
1/4 cup chopped Scallions

Recipe Directions for Egg Whites Tortilla with veggies

  1. in food processor finely chop onions, tomatos, peppers and scallions.

  2. Add to skillet sprayed with pam. Cook over medium heat. Add Egg whites and stir lightly.

  3. Cover and lower heat to medium low.

  4. Allow to cook for 5 minutes or until Egg is somewhat firm on top.

  5. Remove from heat and allow egg to finish cooking in skillet covered for 1 or 2 more minutes.

  6. Remove from skillet, divide and serve
