0.5 medium raw Bell Pepper Red
1/2 medium raw Bell Pepper Green
1/2 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions
1 tomato Tomatoes, Red, Ripe
0.33 grams Kosher Sea Salt (Alessi)

Recipe Directions for Egg whites with peppers and onions

  1. chop peppers, onions and tomatos.

  2. Spray a skillet with pam add vegetables and a pinch of salt. Cook over medium heat.

  3. Whisk eggs and egg whites together and add to skillet.
