3 egg white omelette with chopped tomatoes, onions, peppers, broccoli, and cheese!

Recipe Ingredients for Egg-white veggie omelette

3 egg whites
1/4 cup sliced tomatoes
1/4 cup of sliced onions
1/4 cup green peppers
1/4 cup of brocoli
3 tbsn hot sauce
1 slice american cheese

Recipe Directions for Egg-white veggie omelette

Spray pan with vegetable oil. Whisk three large egg whites in pan. Try to let eggs cover entire pan and wait until they start cooking. Add vegetables to right side of the pan, add cheese, flip other side over and your breakfast is served.
