100 grams Tomato Roma
20 grams Baby Spinach, Earthbound Farm (Costco)

Using Costco Products, microwave 1/2 cup egg whites with baby spinach and pepper. Toast 2 peices of Kirkland Whole Wheat bread. Slice one large roma tomato, add slices to bread and eat the rest plain.
