Milk
Meadowlea Margarine - Salt Reduced
Pepper, Black

Recipe Directions for Egg White scrambled

  1. Separate egg whites from yolk by cracking egg and pouring yolk from one half of the shell to the other above a bowl, until only the yolk is left.

  2. Add the margarine & milk

  3. Microwave for 2mins, stirring after 1min and 1m-30 secs.

  4. Season with coarse black pepper and chilli flakes to add flavour.
