Recipe Ingredients for Egg white scramble

3 egg whites
1 whole egg
1/4 t. safflower oil

Recipe Directions for Egg white scramble

  1. Break egg inot bowl, separate other eggs and beat the mixture well.

  2. Pour 1/4 t. oil into frying pan, heat until medium and add egg mixture. Stir and move with a rubber spatula until the consistency is the way you like it.

  3. You can always add veggies for variety. Good choices are arugula, spinach, mushrooms, tomatoes, bell peppers, onions, scallions, use you imagination.
