1/3 cup of egg whites
1/5 cup of red onions
1/5 cup of mushrooms
1/4 cup of salsa
1/5 cup of chedder cheese

Recipe Directions for Egg White SalsaOmelet with onions, cheese and mushrooms

  1. heat pan with olive oil

  2. saute onions and mushrooms

  3. pour in egg whites

  4. cook until almost done

  5. add salsa

  6. 1 minute after adding salsa add cheese

  7. fold omelet

  8. turn of burner

  9. let cheese melt

  10. let sit for 1 minute before serving
