8 large Egg, White
1 1tsp Olive Oil
2 medium whole (2-3/5" dia) Tomatoes, Red, Ripe
25 grams Milk, Lowfat, Fluid, 1% Milkfat

  1. break eggs and remove yellow

  2. add milk , black pepper and chillies if you want them ( i dont add salt)

  3. add chopped tomatoes and cook with olive oil
