4 tbsp Egg Whites
0.33 cup, shredded Cheddar Cheese
1/2 cup Diced Tomatoes, No Salt Added
1/2 cup pieces Mushrooms

Recipe Directions for Egg White Omlette with Veggies and Cheese

  1. Start to cook the egg whites on an oiled pan.

  2. Start to cook veggies seperatly to cook off excess water.

  3. Add cheese.

  4. Add veggies.

  5. Flip over in half and serve.
