3/4 cup egg beaters
2 oz mushrooms
1 tsp parsley
1 black pepper to taste
2 slices turkey bacon

Recipe Directions for Egg white omlette, mushroom and turkey bacon

  1. Heat pan. Add olive oil then egg whites.

  2. Chop mushrooms, parsley. Season w/ pepper.

  3. Serve with bacon.
