Recipe Ingredients for Egg White Omelette with Veggies

1 cup, chopped Peppers, Sweet, Red
2 large Egg, White
0.5 medium raw Onion Red
0.5 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
0.5 cup, grated Carrots

Recipe Directions for Egg White Omelette with Veggies

Whisk egg whites until fluffy, set aside. Saute onions in the tsp of olive oil for 3-5 minutes, add carrots and then peppers. When soft and caramelized pour in egg whites. Cook evenly for 5 minutes, flipping half way through.
