Recipe Ingredients for Egg white omelette

3 egg whites
1/2 cup mushrooms
4 tbsp diced red peppers
4 tbsp diced green peppers
4 tbsp diced tomatoes
2 tbsp diced onion
1/2 oz reduced fat swiss cheese
1/2 oz reduced fat cheddar cheese
1 tsp fat free milk
1 cooking spray

Recipe Directions for Egg white omelette

  1. seperate egg whites from yokes

  2. beat egg whites

  3. dice veggies

  4. grate cheeses

  5. veggies can be cooked before if you like or added raw

  6. spray pan

  7. heat over medium heat add whites cook until white all over then add veggies and cheese flip one side over cook for a few min longer then remove from pan.
