Recipe Ingredients for Egg white omelette

3 egg whites
2 tbsp salsa
1 spray vegetable oil
1/2 small onion
25 g arugula, chopped
2 slices turkey breast, chopped

Recipe Directions for Egg white omelette

  1. Whisk the egg whites frothy. Spray the pan and soften the onion for 5 minutes.

  2. Add the egg whites and once firming up add the salsa, chopped arugula and turkey breast. Fold over and finish cooking.
