1/4 cup skim milk
1 tbsp grated cheese
1/8 cup spinach, frozen
1 oz mushrooms
1/8 cup cheddar cheese
1 tbsp butter
1 salt
1 pepper

Recipe Directions for Egg White Omelette

  1. sautee mushrooms

  2. cook spinach

  3. set aside

  4. mix egg whites with milk, salt, pepper and parmesean cheese

  5. pour in egg whites

  6. stir around pan

  7. top with mushrooms, spinach and cheese

  8. enjoy
