4 egg whites
1/3 cup skim milk
1/3 cup spinach
1 plum tomato
1 slice turkey breast

Recipe Directions for Egg white omelet with tomato, spinach and turkey

  1. Whip the egg whites and milk until soft peaks form.

  2. Pour immediately into a skillet over medium-low heat.

  3. Top with sliced tomatoes, chiffonaded spinach, and sliced turkey.

  4. When done, run a spatcula all the way around and slide on to a plate, folding the top over while sliding.
