Recipe Ingredients for Egg White Omelet Sandwich

3 large Egg, White
1 tbsp Parmesan, Grated Cheese
1 medium whole (2-3/5" dia) Tomatoes, Red, Ripe
1 roll Deli Flats Thin Rolls

Recipe Directions for Egg White Omelet Sandwich

  1. beat egg whites with parmesan cheese and set aside. Toast deli flat.

  2. heat a small nonstick skillet over medium heat. Add chopped tomato and cook until juices are dry, about 7 minutes.

  3. Pour egg mixture over tomatoes. Do not stir. Cook until eggs appear set, about 3 minutes. Meanwhile, preheat broiler.

  4. Place omelet under broiler and broil until top is cooked, 3-5 minutes.

  5. Remove omelet from broiler and place on deli flat.
