This is a delicious low fat and calorie omelet . It is one of my favorite breakfasts.

Recipe Ingredients for Egg white Omelet

1 serving egg whites 3
0.75 cup, pieces or slices Mushrooms
0.5 ounces Fresh Chopped Onions
1 piece Cheese Heads String Cheese
0.5 serving Salsa
1 serving Turkey Bacon
0.75 cup Spinach

Recipe Directions for Egg white Omelet

whisk the egg whites with whatever spices you like. Pull the string cheese apart. Cook the chopped onion in a sprayed skillet until tender. Cook bacon until crisp and crumble. Put egg whites in a sprayed skillet and cook until almost done then add all other ingredients. Flip one side over for omelet and let cook for a few minutes then put on plate and enjoy a low calorie healthy breakfast!!
