Simple cheese omelet made with organic fats, egg whites, and egg substitutes

Recipe Ingredients for Egg White Omelet

1/4 cup Original
3 tbsp 100% Liquid Egg Whites
1 oz Cabot 75% Light Vermont Cheddar
1 tbsp Sweet Cream Butter Salted

Recipe Directions for Egg White Omelet

  1. Grate 1 ounce of cheese.

  2. Spray a non-stick skillet with cooking spray. Melt the butter over medium low heat.

  3. Whisk together the egg whites and egg substitute until frothy. Add a pinch of salt and dash of pepper if desired.

  4. When butter is melted and hot, pour egg mixture into pan, and tilt to cover bottom of pan. Cover pan and set heat to low. allow to cook without stirring, but shake pan periodically to prevent sticking.

  5. When eggs are almost cooked through, sprinkle with cheese. Cover again, remove from heat, and let rest for cheese to melt. Roll or fold onto a serving plate.
