Recipe Ingredients for egg white omelate

6 egg whites
2 tablespoons onion
1 small tomato
1 small green bell pepper
2 slices whole wheat bread

Recipe Directions for egg white omelate

  1. Slice the tomato in small pieces.

  2. Slice the bell pepper in small pieces.

  3. Slice the small onion in small pieces.

  4. Seperate the eggwhites from the egg into a bowl and throw away they inside yellow part of the egg.

  5. Use a mixer to stir the eggwhites (use a fork if you don't have a mixer).

  6. Put 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a pan and let it heat for a minute.

  7. Add all the vegetables (onion, tomato, bell pepper). stir them for about 3 minutes until they get a yellow colour.

  8. add the eggwhites. stir until the get white.

  9. ready for serving.
