3 large Egg, White
2 tsp Vanilla Extract
0.5 cup Sugars, Granulated
0.25 cup (8 fl oz) Water
0.25 tsp Leavening Agents, Cream Of Tartar
1 dash Salt, Table

Recipe Directions for Egg White Frosting

  1. Mix the sugar, water, salt, and cream of tartar in a small saucepan on medium heat until the sugar dissolves and bubbles form. Turn the heat off.

  2. Whisk the egg white and vanilla until soft peaks form.

  3. Add the saucepan mixture while whisking on high; until stiff peaks form and the mixture resembles frosting.
