Recipe Ingredients for Egg White Breakfast Scramble

250 ml All Whites 100% Liquid Egg Whites
1/2 cup red bell pepper
1/2 cup Broccoli
2 cups spinach
1/4 small Red onion
1/2 tablespoon olive oil
5 tsp Vegan Grated Topping Parmesan Flavor

Recipe Directions for Egg White Breakfast Scramble

  1. Heat oil, then throw in onions to become carmelized

  2. add the rest of the vegetables except the spinach

  3. Once they soften up a bit I add the spinach, then the egg whites

  4. Scramble as you would normal scrambled eggs

  5. Toss on a plate once cooked and crumble the cheese on top
