Eggs over veggies, good low cal breakfast

Recipe Ingredients for Egg White Breakfast Scramble

3 large Egg, White
1/2 cup, chopped Broccoli
0.25 medium raw Onion Red
0.25 cup, chopped Peppers, Sweet, Green
1 tbsp Ketchup
1 serving Original Cayenne Pepper Sauce

Recipe Directions for Egg White Breakfast Scramble

Cook veggies in a non stick pan. Saute in pam then after 1 minute add a Tbs of water to soften the veggies. Cook until they are to your liking. Remove veggies and put in bowl. In a pan sprayed with Pam cook the egg whites, when cooked poor scrambled whited over veggies. Sprinkle with hot sauce and ketchup if desired.
