Recipe Ingredients for Egg White Breakfast Cupcakes

16 large Egg, White
3 oz Cheddar Mild 2% Milk Finely Shredded Reduced Fat
1 tomato Tomatoes, Red, Ripe
1 cups Baby Spinach
0.5 cup Milk, Lowfat, Fluid, 1% Milkfat

Recipe Directions for Egg White Breakfast Cupcakes

Whisk the egg whites and milk together until slightly fluffy. Pour evenly into cupcake pan (use spray butter to keep them from sticking.) Sprinkle the diced tomato, shredded spinach and cheese on top and press in so that they egg covers them. Bake at 375 degrees for about 20 minutes, give or take depending on your oven.
