100 g salsa
1 tsp basil
1 tsp pepper

  1. In a bowl, whisk egg whites and the egg

  2. Pour egg mixture equally in a big 6-muffin pan.

  3. Top each portion with 2 teaspoons Salsa.

  4. Sprinkle basil and pepper on top

  5. Bake in oven at 350 degrees F. for 35 minutes or desired doneness.
