1/2 cup chopped raw Grape Tomatoes
0.5 cup Spinach
1 large Egg, White

Recipe Directions for Egg with veggies_microwave

mix all ingredients in tall microwable bowl; season with salt free seasoning (garlic and pepper mixture is great). Microwave on high for 30 sec intervals; stirring in between. Spray bowl with pam to prevent sticking.
