Recipe Ingredients for Egg, Veggie, Bacon, & Cheese Souffles (Panera Style)

1/2 c. frozen spinach, thawed
1/4 c. roasted red pepper, minced
3 tbsp. green onion, chopped
1 lb. bacon, cooked and chopped
6 eggs
1/2 c. milk
1/4 c. heavy cream
1/2 cup reduced fat cheddar cheese
3 tbsp. Parmesan cheese, shredded
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 sheets frozen puff pastry, thawed

Recipe Directions for Egg, Veggie, Bacon, & Cheese Souffles (Panera Style)

  1. Line 12 jumbo muffin tins with liners. Cut each sheet of puff pastry into six rectangles and place into each liner.

  2. Combine remaining ingredients in a large bowl and stir until mixed.

  3. Pour evenly into pastry tins and fold corners over top of egg mixture.

  4. Bake at 375 for 30-35 minutes or until knife inserted comes out clean.
