Recipe Ingredients for Egg and Tomato stir fry

3 medium Egg, Whole
5 small whole (2-2/5" dia) Tomatoes, Red, Ripe
1 small Peppers, Sweet, Green
0.5 small Onions

Recipe Directions for Egg and Tomato stir fry

Sautee onions and green pepper in nonstick frying pan (cooking spray optional). Add tomatoes and cook over low heat for two minutes or until soft. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Break eggs into a mixing bowl, season lightly with salt/pepper if desired, whisk gently and add to tomato mixture. Stir gently through mixture until egg is cooked.
