Recipe Ingredients for Egg & Tomato Soup

1500 grams Tomatoes, Red, Ripe
3 serving Free Run Egg Naturegg w/Potassium
2 serving Extra Virgin Olive Oil
4 serving Egg Whites- Naturegg- about 2 egg whites
1 tsp Sea Salt
1 tsp Pepper, Black

Recipe Directions for Egg & Tomato Soup

Chop tomatoes (approximately 12) in a food processor. Put in frying pan with 3 eggs, 1 cup of egg whites, 1 tablespoonds of olive oil, 1 teaspoon of salt, and 1 teaspoon of ground black pepper. Cook on high heat (8) between 10-15 minutes, until soup whitens. Stir constantly to ensure homogeneous texture. Option: can add garlic for added flavours.
