Recipe Ingredients for egg sunny side up

1 large egg
1 medium tomato
30 g lean ground beef
20 g green beans
1 tsp olive oil

Recipe Directions for egg sunny side up

  1. Medium size pan with olive oil on it preheat,

  2. and fry fast small pieces of ground meat until golden-brown on edges. Take out.

  3. tomato cut and fry on medium-high on the same pan.

  4. Add green beans, meat, make space in the middle of pan and carefully put the egg in the middle. you may add some more oil in the middle, if pan seems to be dry.

  5. All takes not more then 5 min.
