Recipe Ingredients for Egg Substitute Taco

1 tsp Peppers, Sweet, Green
1 tsp Sauce, Ready-to-serve, Salsa
1 tsp Mexican Seasoning
1 6" Low Carb Flour Tortillas 10ct
1/2 oz Fancy Shredded Colby and Monterey Jack Cheese
1/2 cup Better'n Eggs
1/5 tsp Onion Powder

Recipe Directions for Egg Substitute Taco

  1. Spray pan with vegetable oil. Heat on med heat.

  2. Mix substitute egg mixture with mexican seasoning and onion powder. Feel free to add ground pepper and salt for additional flavor.

  3. Saute peppers for about a minute.

  4. Add Egg mixture and scramble until a little moisture is still left. Turn off heat.

  5. Heat up tortilla for 10-20 seconds.

  6. Add cheese to egg mix and let sit for about 30 seconds.

  7. Put egg mixture into tortilla and wrap.
