Low fat egg substitute scramble or omlette

Recipe Ingredients for egg substitute scramble/omlette

1/2 cup egg substitute
1/8 cup diced green peppers
1/8 cup diced onion
1 tbsp cheddar cheese, shredded
1 tsp salsa

Recipe Directions for egg substitute scramble/omlette

  1. Using 8"-10" non-stick pan on medium heat

  2. Omlette- cook eggs until mostly firm, without flipping. Add ingredients. Fold in half. cook another minute

  3. Scramble- mix ingredients together, scramble while cooking on medium heat. Cook until "done".
