A quick scramble of steak and eggs for breakfast sandwiches or on its own.

Recipe Ingredients for Egg & Steak Scramble

4 oz sirloin, thinly sliced
1/4 c onion, chopped
1 tomato, chopped
1 c mushroom, sliced
2 egg whites
1 egg

Recipe Directions for Egg & Steak Scramble

  1. Using a non-stick pan saute onions and mushrooms until mushrooms are browned. Add sirloin an saute. Slightly scramble eggs and add to pan along with tomatoes. Cook until done to preferred consistency.

  2. Eat plain or w/Multi Grain Bread of choice.
