2 large Egg, Whole
0.17 cup Spinach
0.17 cup Traditional Feta Crumbled
0.17 serving Real Bacon Bits
1 onion Yellow Onion
0.17 onion Yellow Onion

Recipe Directions for Egg & Spinach Mini Quiche

  1. combine 9 eggs, 1 cup spinach drained, feta, bacon and onion to taste and whatever else you would like

  2. pour evenly into 6 cup muffin tin

  3. bake 20-30 min at 350

  4. refrigerate and grab and go when you want a healthy breakfast but have no time!
